Visual identity for a Roald Dahl collection of sleep stories and soundscapes created for the wellbeing app Calm. The bedtime stories are based on excerpts of original text, adapted for bedtime for gradual unwind and relaxation.

For this partnership the aim was to create a range of bespoke key visuals that were distinctive to Calm yet very recognisable as coming from Roald Dahl’s world.

The soft, blended watercolours and the simple yet expressive silhouettes create inviting and magical visuals that capture the essence of the characters journey, in a dreamy and whimsical atmosphere.

The stories are beautifully narrated by talent such as Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Henry Golding and Jerome Flynn.
